A plane passenger who allegedly touched two flight attendants inappropriately before swinging punches during a mid-air meltdown was duct-taped to his seat as the plane came in to land.

22-year-old Maxwell Berry was on board a Frontier Airlines flight from Philadelphia to Miami when he was accused of touching the breasts of two air crew members.

He then went on to assault a male flight attendant during a rant in which he claimed his parents are millionaires.

The incident, which occurred after the suspect had downed two drinks and ordered another, was captured on video.

He’d apparently spilled a drink on himself, went to the bathroom to change, emerged shirtless, then acted inappropriately as attendants tried to help him retrieve clothing from his hand luggage.

Passengers and flight attendants helped subdue Berry who was then duct-taped to his seat until the flight landed in Miami.

He faces three counts of battery and was taken to the Miami-Dade County Jail after his arrest, while the flight attendants involved in the duct-taping incident have reportedly been suspended.
