An Instagram star asked to be roasted on Reddit and then deleted her account because she got trolled so hard

In a strange little pocket of the internet, a subreddit exists where people ask for strangers to say mean things about them.

Instagram user Niece Waidhoifer posted a picture of herself holding up the sign "r/Roast Me" because apparently it's not tough enough being a woman on the internet.

Her wish was their command.

Reddit users did not hold back.

The posters almost always exclusively "roasted" based on appearance, seeing as the commenters don't know them well enough to make personality jibes.

And then she deleted her account, which just made the comments even worse.

Some were a bit more supportive though.

The "fashion model" afterwards shared a picture and a video to her 100,000 followers on Instagram.

The first, a photo of her in her underwear with the caption:

Alright guys, let's have a talk. First of all, don't worry, I'm all good, no need to send condolences to my family haha.

Yes, I did ask for this.

Yes, I totally freaked out and deleted my Reddit account; my dumb ass used my Instagram username, and judging by the flood of deeply disturbing/visually penisgraphic DMs I was getting, I did not want to lead them here. I see you found me anyway. Hi Reddit!

To the people who thought I was just fishing: on r/RoastMe? ...wut.

To the "ex" who posted: It doesn't sound like we've ever met; also you spelled my name wrong... #IbeforeEexceptafterC

So in summary, I am a dumbass and I make reddit really, really angry

Thank you to the majority of commenters, who were actually funny, and thank you to all the nice people who had my back against the people who just got excited about a free pass to use the "c" word. Love you guys

She posted a video the next day, clarifying the comments

Hi you guys, I'm back to feed the trolls because I don't learn lessons very easily. Just wanted to clear a few things up. No need to explain why I deleted the account; that's in the previous post.

I for real haven't been messaging you guys on Reddit being all salty about the roast under the name "Deniece." Yes, someone knows my real name, but I've never gone by that and that's definitely not me. All the trolling points to that person though; that is some creative shit.

No hard feelings from my end, all in good fun. Still love you guys.

Oh and I obviously can't be completely sure, but I'm about 99.98% sure that I've never even met my "ex." All of the correct information he listed is readily available online if you do a little research, and the rest is off (my nipples are pretty awesome and I wax my bush).  Also, he didn't even spell my name right... Again, A+ for trolling skills though.

If I sound salty, I promise I'm not, that's just my texting voice. All in good fun, all in good fun.
