A map of Europe by each nation's most iconic artwork

An ingenious mapmaker has posted a map of Europe, featuring well known paintings as the graphic for each territory.

It's really a thing of beauty and was posted to the r/mapporn subreddit on 13 April 2017, by user u/halfabluesky.

Albania:
