A piece of EU referendum campaign literature distributed by Ukip is making the rounds on the internet for, well, entirely Ukip-esque reasons.
The campaign literature in support of West Worthing candidate in next month's local elections, Trevor England, lists a few reasons to vote leave in June, including:
Let's get our democracy back
Stop mass immigration
Let's have controlled immigration
Stop building massive wind farms
And then:
Let’s invest in sustainable energy
Oh dear.
While the sustainability of wind farms - and wisdom of subsidies - is a hot topic, Twitter users reacted accordingly to the jarring slip up.
This is not the first time Ukip has had an interesting interpretation of renewable energy.
Last year, Ukip candidate for Lincolnshire posed the following question in a Cleethorpe debate:
What happens when renewable energy runs out?
Well.
