‘Disturbing’ mashup of Piers Morgan’s comments about Meghan Markle goes viral

Actor and writer Jolyon Rubinstein has shared a mashup of Piers Morgan's previous comments about Meghan Markle in a video which was shared to Twitter, entitled “Piers Morgan Bunny Boiler”.

The outspoken presenter has been more than vocal about his disdain for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after the couple’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, which aired in the UK on 8th March.

In the video, he claimed that “Meghan Markle ghosted me”, adding that Prince Harry is a “wet drip” being pushed around by his “American wife”.

The mashup shows footage of him speaking on Good Morning Britain, saying: “I’m sorry, I don’t believe a word she says, Meghan Markle.”

This week, Piers Morgan stormed off the set after co-presenter Alex Beresford called him out for his behaviour – a move the weatherman labelled “diabolical”.

Referring to Markle, Beresford said: “She’s entitled to cut you off if she wants to.”

The footage ends with Morgan looking sad and forlorn, as the song “Nothing Compares to You” by Sinéad O’Connor is played.

“Wow. This is .. erm I am lost for words,” one Twitter user responded, while another wrote: “THIS IS IT. The angry man who was rejected by a woman.

“I’ve seen many men cross that line and turn lust into spitefulness. It’s that fragile male ego that continues to cause so many problems for us all.”

One woman observed: “So in a nutshell: he was perving on her, she gave him the cold shoulder and he never swallowed the pill ... Pathethic.”

Another person wrote: “@piersmorgan always says he ‘saw right through Meghan.’ It seems clear that in fact, she saw right through him.”
