These are the countries that feel best (and worst) about their bodies

The people of Indonesia feel happiest with their own weight and body image while those in Hong Kong feel the worst.

A global poll by YouGov also found that more than a third of Britons are unhappy with their bodies, although 61 per cent are content.

According to YouGov, which polled people in 25 different countries, the majority of people cited celebrity culture as having a negative impact on self-esteem.

However, notable percentages of respondents from countries in the Middle East and Asia Pacific - where self-esteem is generally higher - said celebrity culture actually had a positive impact on young people.
