This gay choir singing the national anthem outside the Supreme Court is everything

There were joyous scenes across the US yesterday as same-sex marriage was made a right in all 50 states.

But perhaps the most fantastic moment was seeing members of Washington's Gay Men's Chorus break into a rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner outside the Supreme Court.

The choir were captured performing the US national anthem just minutes after the ruling, with the gathered crowd reaching a crescendo of noise as they blared out the final words:

O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
