This orphaned baby otter finally has a name

This is the orphaned baby sea otter formerly known as Pup 681.

She arrived at Chicago's Shedd Aquarium from California, where she was found on a beach at around one-week-old in September.

Now, after a Good Morning America poll which 10,000 people took part in, she finally has a name: say hello to Luna.

As the aquarium explain it: "Luna is derived from Half Moon Bay, the area close to where the pup was rescued."

According to Shedd Aquarium Luna is is reaching "new milestones everyday including diving, foraging for food, grooming on her own and most recently the animal care team introduced four types of seafood to her diet".
