This bride posted a complaint about wedding planners, so they hit back savagely

There are few people who have more patience than wedding planners.

In the event world, these people are unsung heroes who go above and beyond to organise the most important day in most people’s lives.

But while most times planning a wedding is a breezy and rewarding experience, occasionally the odd bridezilla and groomzilla will rear their heads.

When one bride was dissatisfied with how the event planning company handled her special day, she shared her complaints on their Facebook page.

But the group, LB Events & Promotions, were not going to let their brand be criticised. The owners came back at the bride with an epic response to set the record straight – which doesn’t paint her in the best light.

Some people applauded their comeback.

While others found the response unprofessional.
