Donald Trump's pick for the head of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Scott Pruitt, has publicly doubted the existence of climate change.

He's an opponent of EPA standards for climate pollution and has questioned whether toxic mercury pollution is hazardous to public health.

This is on top of Donald Trump's own doubts over climate change.

It's probably wise to take the consensus opinion of the majority of scientists over a president who has no scientific qualifications and an overactive Twitter account.

But anyway.

Nasa curate images that are evidence of climate change in a gallery, some of these are satellite imagery over years, some are computer generated, others are simply archived images contrasted with present day.
