This video of Laurence Fox singing on live TV has gone viral for all the wrong reasons

A week ago, barely anyone knew who Laurence Fox was, but following a controversial appearance on Question Time he has become public enemy number one.

On the Thursday edition of the BBC show, Fox caused outrage after claiming that the treatment of Meghan Markle by the British press did not constitute as "racism" and later accused an audience member of being racist towards him because he was a "privileged white male."

The 41-year-old who is an actor and a singer-songwriter has been working in the entertainment industry since the early 2000s but is arguably just starting to get his big break thanks to his controversial opinions on the Royals.

Over the weekend it was revealed that Fox had once broken up with a girlfriend who he deemed to be "too woke" because she liked the Gillette advert from 2019 about toxic masculinity.

If that wasn't bad enough footage has resurfaced of Fox on the Channel 5 Jeremy Vine Show February 2019, where he 'sings' a song penned by himself called "Distance."

Now we've never actually heard the song in its full studio version but this rendition of the track is being torn asunder on social media for being out of tune and truly chronic.

If that wasn't enough Fox news (pardon the pun) for today, he appeared on Julia Hartley-Brewer's talkRADIO show where he used the term "wokeist."
