Metropolitan police officers in Camden found £40 of cannabis in a hole by the Grand Union Canal on Wednesday.
What to do? Tweet, obviously.
Sgt Paul Taylor tweeted a photograph of the discovered drugs from the "sneaky hidey-hole"...
...followed by a message to the dealer who had left them there.

Surely that's undue and excessive banter?
One can only imagine the reaction upon discovery of the note...
