It's getting to that time of year where just about everyone frantically scrambles around trying to find that perfect gift for someone, only to wind up with a pair of socks or whatever was going cheap in Waterstones.
Once you've got the present, there is the small challenge of wrapping the thing in a presentable manner so the person who is receiving will at least think that you've put some effort into it.
That is easier said than done for some, whose efforts at wrapping up a present can best be compared to a dog's dinner. Honestly, some people might as well not even bother.
