Jordan Kahana is the owner of two Border Collie puppies.

But the way he procured the two puppers is a unique story indeed, and he took to YouTube to share it.

The freelance digital director decided to go on a road trip across America, from Los Angeles to Colorado during his Christmas break in 2016.

Driving along a long stretch of road towards the Grand Canyon in Arizona, he abruptly stopped.

You see, there were two puppies in the road. Two. Adorable. Puppies.

Aww!

Kahana rescued the puppies, took them to a vet where they were given their vaccines, before embarking on a three-state road trip.

He named them Sedona and Zeus, and took them with him.

Kahana has since taken to calling the trio ‘Adventure Squad’, and takes them everywhere – the beach, road trips - accumulating some 32,000 miles through 35 states .

Oh, and they are huge now.

He told Inside Edition:

I’m used to travelling by myself, but it has been great to have some companionship. We’ve basically travelled cross-country in month-long stints. I just put the back seat down in the jeep and I’ve got them a mattress so they’re comfortable.

Here's footage of the trip.
