Miss Universe contestant attempted a twirl on the catwalk - it massively backfired

Pilar Magro, a contestant for Miss Universe Spain, was captured on video attempting an elegant twirl but ended up in a swimming pool.

Catwalks are high pressure enough, let alone at the side of a pool.
