In a nod to the size of Donald Trump's inauguration crowd debacle, the New England Patriots’ turnout at the White House this year looks noticeably smaller than in 2015 when they last visited.
No prizes for noting one trip was to visit Obama, and one was to visit Trump.

But our eyes deceive us, apparently.
The Patriots have said the number of players was smaller this year than in 2015 (34 down from 50), but the total number of visitors was very similar.

Although, some players indicated they wouldn’t be attending for political reasons.
