OK, so this does not make up for the Wii U Zelda game being delayed, or Netflix seemingly pulling out of making a TV series based on the world of Hyrule.

But Canadian effects wizard Kial Natale has at least done a fantastic job of melding the Game of Thrones intro to the world map from A Link to the Past, somehow including both theme tunes alongside Link's house, Hyrule Castle and Kakariko Village.
