Hunter Biden compares Donald Trump Jr to evil character Prince Humperdinck from Princess Bride

Joe Biden’s son Hunter compared Donald Trump Jr to a Princess Bride villain as he defended his foreign business dealings following attacks by the White House.

The younger Biden spoke to ABC Newsabout his professional life and told the publications he had done “nothing wrong” and calls criticism about his business ties in Ukraine and China a “conspiracy.”

Biden has been criticised for his lucrative, $50,000-a-month salary (£39,221) as a member for a Ukrainian gas company. He called his decision to take on the job “a mistake…in the grand scheme of things” but insists he was qualified for the job.

He argued he has a stellar record on the board of the UN World Programme as well as being a lawyer in one of the biggest law firms in the world.

Earlier this week Trump accused Hunter of being paid “millions” by China and the Ukraine, something Hunter vehemently denies, and both Eric and Donald Jr attacked Biden online.

“They’re out of a B movie,” he said of Trump’s sons. “I mean, they really are.

I’ve been through some s**t stuff in my life. I’ve been through some real, real stuff. This isn’t real stuff. It isn’t. It truly isn’t. That part of it, that Barnum and Bailey — you know, say anything, do anything you want, you know, I mean, like, you know, Donald Prince Humperdinck– Trump Jr. is not somebody that I really care about.

Prince Humperdinck is the Big Bad in Princess Bride. His fate is doomed, and he ends up being left tied to a chair in the honeymoon suite of his own castle as the hero escapes with the woman he forced to marry him.

Biden was equally critical of Trump, calling him the Cheshire Cat out of Alice in Wonderland.

They feel like they have the licence to go out and say whatever they want. It feels to me, like living in some kind of Alice in Wonderland, where you’re up in the real world and then you fall down a rabbit hole, and, you know, the president is the Cheshire Cat asking you questions about crazy things that don’t bare any resemblance to the reality of anything that has to do with me.
