On Friday, the Trump administration was criticised by the Mayor of San Juan for the United States' slow response to the damage done by Hurricane Maria to the US territory of Puerto Rico.
Trump responded by attacking the Puerto Rican authorities and by visiting his New Jersey golf course at the weekend - not for the first time this term.

While he was there, he crashed a wedding, to the delight of the guests.
