It's now a truth universally accepted that Kylie Jenner, and the Kardashian clan, are the queens of selfies. However, now, Jenner has sparked controversy after she posted a selfie of her car parked in a disabled parking slot.
Taking to Instagram, Jenner, shared a loved-up picture of herself with her partner Travis Scott, with the caption:
However, eagle-eyed social media users were quick to spot the fact that the 'self-made' billionaire was parked in a disabled slot.
It goes without saying that many social media users were quick to call out the star.
Writing on Instagram, one said:
Why you park in handicapped spot you’re not handicapped!!! Those people really might need it!
Is that his jacketbc its too big for her. Shame on you guys for parking in a handicapp space. Guess you wouldnt know what its like to be handicapp. Coing from a handicapp person [sic].
A third also said:
Sooo, Which one of y’all are handicap?
To make matters worse, this isn't the first time Jenner has parked in a disabled slot and has subsequently been called out for it. In 2018, Jenner was dragged on social media for parking her car in a disability accessible parking slot, but her representative at the time blamed it on her valet.
Speaking to the press, they said:
The valet parked Kendall’s car in the handicap spot. Kendall ran and jumped in the car when she saw the paparazzi instead of waiting for valet to bring her car to her.
In 2015, Jenner also sparked controversy when she posed for a photoshoot in a wheelchair for the fashion publication Interview Magazine. At the time, many social media users accused the star of 'abelism', and disability advocates accused her of trivialising disability for fashion, reports Pedestrian.
