Taylor Swift fans are calling Kim Kardashian a 'rat'

In the comments section of an Instagram post by Kim Kardashian , Taylor Swift fans have unleashed their petty side.

Oasis vs Blur, Elton John vs Madonna, pop feuds have always existed, stoking two tribes of consumers into even more purchases.

Swift's career so far has featured multiple 'feuds', including those with fellow pop star Katy Perry and multiple members of the Kardashian/West/Jenner clan.

Often the actual 'feuding' is done by zealous fans, who can directly harass the respective stars.

On Monday, Kim Kardashian shared a photo from Kanye West's 2016 'Famous' exhibit.

The exhibit included models made in the likeness of celebrities, including Swift herself.

Commenters tried to read the runes on the post, and many thought it was a swipe.

What dominated the comments thread, however, were rat emojis.

According to BuzzFeed, Kim K previously blocked the snake emoji from her Instagram comments, which presumably led Swift fans to use a rat instead when they want to spam her.
