Everyone is confused by this 'photo' of Barry Chuckle and Jay Z watching Joshua vs. Klitschko

The internet often seems like a sickening cesspit of darkness and despair - and sometimes its the saviour of humanity via comedy gold.

In the hotly-anticipated World Heavyweight Champion boxing final, British Anthony Joshua triumphed over Ukrainian Wladimir Klitschko with a spectacular 11th-round smackdown.

Joshua vs. Klitschko had all the makings of a legendary tale, but one photo has stolen the show.

This picture was supposedly of rapper superstar Jay Z watching the fight with Barry Elliot, A.K.A. Barry Chuckle, one half of Rotherham's greatest export, the Chuckle Brothers.

A.K.A. Ant and Dec before Ant and Dec.

Twitter predictably blew up, as users were captivating by this unlikely yet awesome friendship.

Alas, we knew it was too good to be true

It turns out that some prankster had photoshopped Chuckle's head onto boxer Andre Ward, who was actually sat next to Jay Z.
