David Cameron suffers hilarious slip of the tongue on This Morning

David Cameron accidentally said he *s**t” during an interview on This Morning after he recounted the time he saw Boris Johnson’s Brexit bus in the 2016 EU Referendum.

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield couldn’t contain their laughter as the former Prime minister swore and swiftly attempted to correct himself.

He appeared to talk about his memoirs, released tomorrow, and reminisced about the moment he saw Johnson and Michael’ Gove’s infamous Brexit bus, calling them “ambassadors for the post-truth age,” before attempting to say “I almost shouted at the TV.”

Instead he announced:

I almost s**t.

Truly, the story writes itself.

The former PM attempted to move swiftly on, but Holly and Phillip made these faces:

...And were irrevocably taken with the giggles.

Cameron's unfortunate slip of the tongue was not lost on viewers
