A video from 2010 has resurfaced online of Canadian rapper Drake acting inappropriately towards a 17-year-old girl during a concert.

The clip is from May of that year and was during his performance at the Ogden Theatre in Denver, Colorado. He would have been 23 at the time.

Footage shows Drake first dance slowly with the girl, then kisses her neck and comments on how nice her hair smells.

He then recoils and admits that he is getting "carried away" before then asking how old the unidentified girl is, to which she replies "17".

Drake responds to this by saying that he "can't go to jail" before adding further comments on how she looks.

I can't go to jail yet, man! Why do you look like that? You thick [curvaceous]. Look at all this.

I don’t know if I should feel guilty or not, but I had fun. I like the way your breasts feel against my chest.

Drake gives the girl two kisses on her cheeks, forehead and lips before she leaves the stage, prompting screams from the audience.

The age of consent in Colorado is 17, yet due to Drake's status, recent allegations against R Kelly and people being more conscious of sexual misconduct, the rapper has been widely criticised for his actions in the clip.

Indy100 have contacted representatives from Drake and will update this article upon receiving a reply.
