BBC host accidentally drops C-bomb in awkward Jeremy Hunt gaffe on live TV

It must be hard being Tory MP Jeremy Hunt.

Not only are you possibly the most despised health secretary ever and foreign secretary during a period when the UK is attempting to leave the European Union, but he also has a surname that is very easily mispronounced.

Earlier this week, BBC News reader Carrie Gracie dropped a real clanger on live television when pronouncing Mr Hunt's name during a report on Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, the British woman currently jailed in Iran.

A video captured by Twitter user Tony Morris sees Gracie begin to say Hunt's name but somehow, someway she manages to say the C-word instead - and it was unintentionally hilarious.

It's possible that she did say Hunt but her pronunciation makes it sound like the other word and people couldn't get enough of it - with many suggesting that the blooper was no accident.

Still, this isn't the first time that Hunt has suffered this indignity.
