Tourism is on the rise, generally speaking.
More of us go abroad than ever before for our holidays, and as it gets easier to travel around the world, more and more people opt to do so.
So where do we all want to go?
A map shared on reddit in late July investigated this, but has since been deleted.
Using data from the World Bank for 2015, the latest year for which most countries have supplied data, we've made our own tourism map of the world by the number of arrivals:
If you want to know where tourism is highest compared to the number of people that live there, 538 did a fantastic breakdown.
Have a guess who takes top spot? Think about it, it's obvious.
The Vatican City.
Second placed was Andorra, followed by Palau, Bahrain and the Bahamas.
