Watch this hilarious parody of Scientology, we mean Neurotology

Alex Gibney's ultra-controversial Scientology documentary - Going Clear - has caused a stir in the US since being broadcast on HBO last month.

So much so that it's been given the Saturday Night Live treatment, the concept being that an archive music video has been updated to reflect "new information about the church".

Of course, this video is about the fictional Church of Neurotology, but it has some similarities with Gibney's documentary, which includes interviews with people who in the past extolled Scientology but went on to be ostracised for speaking out.
