There's compelling evidence that Jon Snow is really, really dead.
Well that's if you believe HBO programming president Michael Lombardo, who said at the Television Critics Association: "Dead is dead is dead is dead. He be dead." As if that wasn't unequivocal enough, he added: "Everything I've seen and heard and read, Jon Snow is indeed dead."
However, it's not all bad news for Game of Thrones fans: Lombardo also suggested the drama could last for eight seasons - and could also spawn a prequel.
