Nickelback wanted for 'crimes against music' according to Australian police force

An Australian police force has hammered another nail into Nickelback's popularity coffin. Posting on their Facebook and Twitter accounts this week, the Queensland Police Service issued a tongue-in-cheek "most wanted" ad for the nu-metal band.

Last year a man launched a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to keep the band out of London, while back in 2010 someone else launched a Facebook page titled "Can this pickle get more fans than Nickleback (sic)?". Luckily for the band, it didn't.
