Jose is a 16-year-old vegan - She's also a genius at making deserts that look too good to eat but too delicious not to at the same time.

From an array of perfectly gooey brownies to vegan ice cream bowls, and lots of galaxy and pastel themes - these pitctures and their recipes will leave your jaw on the floor.

To be fair though, we can't imagine our own attempts would look anything like Jose's works of art.
