A survey has revealed which political party supporters feel most morally superior and it's Conservative party supporters who (as they apparently believe they always do) come out on top.
The survey of 1,646 British adults by YouGov revealed that the 43 per cent of Conservatives supporters see themselves as morally superior to the average adult.
In comparison, 39 per cent of the general public saw themselves as morally superior, compared to 39 per cent of Lib Dems, 37 per cent of Ukip supporters and 34 per cent of Labour supporters.
Out of those polled, 68 per cent believe that there are more good people than bad people in the world.
Conservative supporters are more optimistic, with 74 per cent of Tory voters believing the world contains more good than bad people, as do 77 per cent of Lib Dems.
In comparison, 69 per cent of Labour voters and 60 per cent of Ukip believed the same.
