Colombia has legalised same-sex marriage after a ruling by the country’s top court.
The country became the fourth in Latin America to extend the same marriage rights to same-sex couples as heterosexual couples on Friday, joining Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay.

Same-sex marriage is also legal in Mexico's capital and in several of the country's states, but not the entire country.
