Ever been blindsided by a really easy question for absolutely no reason?

Sure you have. Ever been blindsided by a really easy question for absolutely no reason on TV? Even if the answer is no, you should spare a feel or two for poor 19-year-old Hannah from West Sussex.

Hannah appeared on ITV quiz show The Chase this week and her brain fart is one for the record books.

Things don't get off to a good start when the French and Italian student was asked to say "Hello Brad, it’s a pleasure being on The Chase" by host Brad Walsh in both languages and couldn't remember any words except "Bonjour" and "Ciao".

But things took a decided turn for the worse when the real questions started.

What part of a guitar is also a word that means 'to worry'?

Pass.

The Attenborosaurus dinosaur was named in honour of which TV naturalist?

Oh, umm, pass.

'I'm Spinning Around' and 'Born To Try' were hits for ex-members of which soap?

Home and Away?

Close that time... but still no cigar.

Despite her bad start, Hannah walked away from the show with £2,666 of the prize money.
