Trump Jr and his girlfriend mocked for dressing as a 'witch hunt' for Halloween

It's been an interesting week for right-wing Halloween costumes, between Tomi Lahren's AOC costume and now, well, this.

Posting to Instagram, Donald Trump Jr shared his and his girlfriend's couple's Halloween costume. The pair went as a "witch hunt", with Kimberly Guilfoyle dressed as a witch, and Trump Jr in army gear carrying a weapon.

What the costume seems to miss is that for something to be a witch hunt, the witch must...not exist.

After it was shared on Twitter, Trump Jr experienced a fair bit of backlash for what he thought was a pretty smart decision that would own the libs.

Tagging the post's location as "The Swamp", he said:

Witch Hunt!!! Happy Halloween folks! With all the bull**t the Democrats are throwing out there we just couldn’t resist.

What with all the talk about an impeachment, you'd think he'd have more important things to do.
