Chris Brown waded into the Kardashian-Swift fight and took it way too far

In case you've somehow missed it, The Great Kimye-Swift Social Media Feud of 2016 continues.

Taylor Swift has been public about being upset with misogynistic lines about her in Kanye West's single 'Famous', released in February.

Why? I made that b-tch famous

But she has now attracted ire for appearing to OK the lyrics in a phone conversation with West and wife Kim Kardashian, proof of which Kardashian uploaded to Snapchat over the weekend.

Several celebrities have piped up with their takes on the matter since, but the most unhelpful intervention award goes to Chris Brown.

Brown was sentenced to a year in jail for assaulting his then-girlfriend, Rihanna, in 2009.

Since his release, he has been welcomed back into the mainstream music industry, and he's asked repeatedly for forgiveness for his domestic abuse conviction.

It might be easier to take him more seriously if he didn't post sh-t like this on about the feud on Instagram, though:

Oh NO... Someone said something I don’t like,, OUCH, MY PUSSY HURT. Make music and shut the fuck up.

Using a gendered slur and telling a woman to "shut the f-ck up"? Sounds like you've definitely reformed, Chris. Well done.
