Mark Hamill has once again proven himself the nicest Jedi in the galaxy.

Ahead of attending the London Comic Con in December, Jessica Bentley from Portsmouth consulted with Jedi Master Mark Hamill and let him know of her plans:

Can I go to Comic Con as Luke Skywalker even though I’m a girl? I’m doing it anyways

She even included a preview of her costume and terrific wig.

Wigs are indeed fun, extremely so.

Padawan Bentley may not have been expecting a reply from Hamill, but the one she got was a treat for any true Star Wars fan.

Gender matters not when you're rocking' the Force like you are, baby! #FantasticallyForcefulFemme #JoltinJediJessica

Brilliant. He managed to combine the wisdom of Master Yoda with the mischievous humour of Master Yoda.

The nickname hashtags were also adorable.

As well as being an excellent show of solidarity, friendliness, and playfulness, maybe this is all part of an elaborate Easter egg and possible spoiler for Star Wars VIII.
