Brexit Party MEP Ann Widdecombe has binoculars in her window and everyone is making the same joke

It feels like only last week that Brexit Party MEP Ann Widdecombe was the subject of brutal ridicule after she compared Brexiteers' desire for Britain to leave the EU to that of slaves rising up against their oppressors.

Oh wait, it was!

Now she's being roundly mocked once again after an eagle-eyed viewer spotted a pair of binoculars in the background while she was being interviewed on Good Morning Britain about her eventful debut appearance for the party in Brussels.

Whether she is just an avid bird watcher or "a classic nosey neighbour" is unclear but the jokes, of course, wrote themselves.
