Jeremy Corbyn offers to help Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain with her phobia of manhole covers

The leader of the Labour Party Jeremy Corbyn has reached out to the nation's favourite baker Nadiya Hussain.

The story starts with Hussain opening up about her phobia of manhole covers on Twitter.

One fast-thinking Twitter user pointed out that Corbyn is the perfect man for the job.

After all, Corbyn is probably the world's most famous fan of drains.

Hussain insisted that such a political heavyweight would not bother with her comparatively inconsequential problem.

But Mr Corybn refused to let a chance to promote manhole covers go amiss.

And the duo have become the dream team no one knew they needed.

The moment was just too beautiful for some.

If only Mr Corbyn had time to help everyone...
