Nude Kylie Jenner references Freddy Krueger in blood soaked cosmetics advert

Businesswoman and billionaire Kylie Jenner has teased her fans with a new Halloween-themed cosmetics range in her latest bloody commercial.

In a clip posted on her social media, the 24-year-old is standing nude and covers herself in fake blood.

It begins with Kylie’s silhouette shown against a red background before it is revealed that Jenner is nude and being drenched in the dark red liquid over her body, while her made up face remains untouched.

In the background, the music from the 1984 horror film A Nightmare on Elm Street plays and Jenner has long pointed nails that are reminiscent of the famous character Freddy Krueger.

She captioned the clip: “can you guess who we collaborated with this year for halloween?”

People jokingly got their guesses in, ranging from Satan and the devil to Tampax.

Jenner founded her make-up brand Kylie Cosmetics in 2014 and confirmed in a follow-up post that this latest release is in collaboration with “the icon of horror”.

In a tweet, she wrote: “KYLIE X NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET ahhh what a DREAM to collaborate with the icon of horror! reveal happening right now on my IG stories! launching 10.12.”

Based on sneak-peek images of the product that appear to be taken from Jenner’s Instagram stories, the packaging is on theme and features blood spatter patterns and A Nightmare on Elm Street branding.

The packaging of the eyelashes also has the silhouette of Freddy Krueger with the iconic hat and long nails.
