People aren't impressed with the man's attempt to help his wife through labour

A man has made an emotional video featuring flashcards for his pregnant wife while she's in labour, and unfortunately, the internet isn't impressed.

The video was shared by ABCNews who branded that man 'husband of the year' for the support that he gave his wife during the final stages of her pregnancy.

As you can see the video basically consists of the man telling his wife to relax and how they both got through the pregnancy together but mostly praising himself for all the hard work and effort.

Many other Twitter users, mostly British people who were aghast at this sort of thing were less than impressed by the video.

Surely the lesson of this story is: don't mess with women while they're giving birth!
