
Stormy Daniels has had her defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump thrown out of court by a US judge.
The pornographic actress claims to have had a sexual affair with Trump in 2006, which the president has denied.
According to Fox News, now that the case has been dismissed, Trump is entitled to attorneys' fees.
A statement from the White House said:
No amount of spin or commentary by Stormy Daniels or her lawyer, Mr. Avenatti can truthfully characterise today's ruling in any way other than total victory for President Trump and total defeat for Stormy Daniels.
In a separate statement of his own, Donald Trump chose to shame Stormy Daniels on Twitter by calling her 'Horseface' and 'a total con'.
Yeah, this isn't a good look for the president of the United States, especially after the whole Brett Kavanaugh situation.
People soon let him know that this was a bit inappropriate, given that the case of Trump's Michael Cohen allegedly paying off Daniels to keep quiet is still active.
