That's a wrap

After being surrounded by family, colleagues, and friends, Rhodes pays tribute to Triple H and the brand new era of WWE.

HHH hits the ring to share a hug and handshake with the new champion, and it ends with Rhodes on the shoulders of Randy Orton and Sami Zayn.

You have to hand it to them, that was a wild Wrestlemania weekend.

And there it is.

Cody managed to find the strength to hit three Cross Rhodes to the agony of a screaming Paul Heyman, and to the the delight of the crowd, secure a pin.

What a crazy series of events. That will take some beating. Incredible.

Cody Rhodes is your new Undisputed Universal Champion

The Undertaker is here!

Of course he is. Why not?

His music hits, he drops into the ring from nowhere, and drops The Rock with a chokeslam. The ring is now clear with only Reigns, Rollins and Rhodes left.

As The Rock beats Cena after a Rock Bottom, The Shield's music hit.

Out of nowhere, Rollins hits the ring only to eat a Superman Punch from Reigns.

This is utter chaos

Rhodes kicks out again after taking a joint spike and spear, and John Cena shows up to equal the odds - dealing with Sikoa and Reigns in quick fashion.

His focus is Sikoa, who takes a swift AA through the table, but The Rock's music hits and the 'Final Boss' walks the ring to deal with Cena.

This is insanity.

Of course

Rhodes can't win.

He spears Reigns through the barricade, and hits THREE Cross Rhodes on Reigns before Solo Sikoa shows up and delivers a spike to Rhodes. Somehow, Rhodes kicks out after Sikoa drags Reigns onto the challenger for the pin.

It was always going to happen.

Rhodes comes close and drops Reigns with a spear, and with a Cross Rhodes, he sets up another before a potential pin.

Before he can give another, Jimmy Uso arrives from nowhere, superkicks Rhodes and sets Reigns up for a Superman punch.

Then, Jey Uso arrives to deal with Jimmy, the brothers brawl on the ramp before Jey deals with Jimmy with a spear off the ramp. Wow.

In the chaos, Rhodes rolls Reigns up for a surprise pin, but it's broken to the fury of Reigns who thinks Rhodes is trying to cheat. The irony.

Roman Reigns has really punished Rhodes here - and almost got the pinfall in an incredibly disrespectful way.

Much to the delight of Paul Heymen at ringside, Reigns dropped Rhodes to the floor with a Cross Rhodes - but Rhodes kicked out.

Rhodes gains some momentum and found space to drop the Bionic Elbow after a flurry of punches and was arranging the announce table to potentially drop Reigns through it before taking a low blow from the Champion.

That table? Rhodes took a powerbomb through it, with Reigns acting quickly to roll Rhodes back to the ring and deliver a Superman Punch to a staggered Rhodes.

Somehow, he kicks out from the pin. Pure grit from the challenger here.

Reigns on the ascent

Reigns drags Rhodes into the crowd and threatens to put him through a table, but Rhodes counters - sending Reigns into a fit of agony, before dragging him back to the ring.

Rhodes' ascent is stopped by a quick powerbomb from Reigns, though - he had the American Nightmare high in the air before slamming him down.

It's in Reigns' hands right now, and he drags Rhodes to a chokeout on the ring, calling him a 'bitch'

Bloodline Rules pay off

Rhodes locks Reigns into a figure-four leglock, and even though Reigns can't break it by grabbing the ropes, he can by scratching at Rhode's eyes - which he does.

Rhodes gets in early

Cody's smart here, and not wasting time. He's got the tables out after dodging a spear to send Reigns into the posts.

However, Roman Reigns is currently taking advantage of the hard work, and is walking a wounded Rhodes around the ring - after putting Cody's table under the ring.

It's his rulebook today, after all.

We're underway!

The bell rings, Rhodes & Reigns face off, and we're off to a start.

Reigns has held the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship for 1316 days, and this, at Wrestlemania XL is his 31st defence of the title.

Will it be his final, for now?

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Cody Rhodes

As a clearly-hurting Cody Rhodes hugs Mama Rhodes at ringside- and takes in the adulation of the crowd, Roman Reigns begins his descent onto the ring with a live choir and orchestra. It's big!

This one will be played out under Bloodline Rules - which means anything that Reigns wants to go, goes.

Tough night for Cody, especially after last night's beatdown from Reigns & The Rock. Can he finish the story?

Main event time

Cody Rhodes is making an incredibly dramatic entrance to the ring as the Masked 'American Nightmare'

Bailey does it!

And new!

A few counters later and Bailey hits a big elbow from the top and another gutsy Roseplant.

Brave. Neither of them gave up. That is utterly incredible, it never slowed down.

Match of the weekend?

Iyo is now torturing Bailey here, after exchanging slaps, Iyo puts her down on the ground and steps over her limp body to deliver an Over-The-Moon-Sault.

Somehow, the challenger kicks out.

Then, Iyo delivers two more of them before she counters the Roseplant counter from Bailey! Incredible.

It's counter after counter and every single fan is on their feet.

Bailey is limping about here, and has just had a great shot of winning.

A Bailey-to-Belly slams Iyo into the canvas, but it's not enough to grab the pin.

Bayley and Iyo are putting on a masterclass here. A high-risk move moonsault counter from Bayley changed momentum, before Sky countered Bayley's own dive into a crossface. Everything has led into another move.

WWE Women's Championship: Iyo Sky (c) vs. Bayley

Here we go! Iyo has started this one by focusing on punishment to Bayley's knee. It looks like Iyo Sky is happy to play for a count-out...

IShowSpeed saved Logan Paul at Wrestlemania

IShowSpeed saved Logan Paul at Wrestlemania

Logan Paul brought another friend to Wrestlemania this year - IShowSpeed.

Logan Paul retains!

Orton hits Kevin Owens with an RKO out of the pop-up powerbomb setup, but it's Paul who takes advantage, by launching Orton out the ring to hit Owens with a splash and to retain.

iShowSpeed is here!

Oh wow. Randy Orton hands the brass knuckles to the ref after pushing Paul down. Paul is saved from Orton by the Prime bottle mascot - who isn't KSI, but is in fact iShowSpeed.

After a disagreement and some screaming, Speed is RKO'd onto the announce table.

Brass tactics

Logan Paul sneakily brings his infamous brass knuckles into the match, and sparks Orton clean out.

Or did he? After taking it to the chin, Randy Orton kicks out. Unreal.

Shifting dynamics

Logan Paul got to show off and stood tall in a duel with Orton, but now the big dogs are back - and despite a rally from Paul, Orton stalks 'The Maverick' for an RKO, but Owens surprises with two superkicks to take charge of the ring.

That switches quickly as Orton, Owens, and Paul, fight on the top rope in a sequence that ends with Paul being powerslammed from the top by Owens, before KO hits a moonsault on the follow-up.

Paul somehow kicks out, but anyone could win this.

Orton and Owens have punished Paul enough, and then realise they can't both pin Paul to claim the gold. They reach an agreement, but Orton immediately tries to RKO Kevin Owens, and they brawl as Paul rolls out of the ring - only to surprise his bullies with a cheap shot double clothesline.

Everyone vs Logan

Paul starts the match by leaving the ring. Orton and Owens hunt him down and punish him on the announce table. They want more, and slam him once again on the announce table. It's essentially a handicap match at this point.

Paul is trying to come between Owens and Orton, but the senior wrestlers are not listening, and are beating him to a pulp right now.

Entrances galore

Kevin Owens is driving 'The Viper' Randy Orton to the ring on a cart. Incredible.

United States Championship: Logan Paul (c) vs. Kevin Owens vs. Randy Orton

It's going to be a painful night for The Maverick Logan Paul, Randy Orton and Kevin Owens will look to tear him apart before turning on each other to claim the United States Championship.

Of course, Paul entered the stage on a gigantic Prime drink truck accompanied by a Prime bottle (could that be KSI again?)

Paul Heyman's moment

A nice moment for Paul Heyman as he appears in Philadelphia along with the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2024 - getting some 'ECW' chants from the watching crowd.

LA Knight wins!

Out of nowhere, Knight dodges the Phenomenal Forearm after countering a 450 splash with a knees-up. A BFT drops Styles and LA Knight gets the three-count for the win.

What next for the Megastar after his first Wrestlemania win?

It's getting dirty

It looked a hell of a lot like LA Knight bit the head of Styles when the ref couldn't see. Styles got his own back with a eye-gouge.

Then, Styles took Knight's leg to task by crushing it against the posts - before Knight ripped the padding off the floor. Against the urges of the ref, Knight attempted a powerbomb on the exposed surface before Styles countered.

A beaten Knight only just managed to avoid a count-out, getting back into the ring just as the ten count was called. Close.

It's on!

Not much time for an entrance by Styles, he's sprinted down the ramp to meet Styles. It's on!

LA Knight vs. AJ Styles

Time for a huge feud to end. Knight and Styles have been clashing for months and it's all come to a head at Wrestlemania XL tonight.

Get The Tables!

And there we have it. An upset Bubba Ray calls for the tables along with Lashley, Street Profits and the 70,000 in attendence.

As they drag Kross onto one table, it accidentally breaks. The solution? Another table. It's set up, and Kross is forced through it.

Lashley is there to cover Kross and grab the easy pin.

The tables turn, and Lashley has broken a chair on Kross' back while Montez Ford almost enters the stalls off the top rope. This one has been all over the place so far, and now Kross is kicking off with guest ref Bubba Ray.

Tables are coming.

Lashley is starting this match being whipped to pieces by kendo sticks thanks to the Authors of Pain and Kross.

'Philadelphia Street Fight'

Has your heart rate settled down yet? It's time for Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits vs. Karrion Kross and the Authors of Pain in a 'Philadelphia Street Fight' - Bubba Ray Dudley is the guest ref and Snoop Dogg has replaced CM Punk on comms.

Damien Priest is your new World Heavyweight Champion

Wow. That was stunning.

CM Punk ruins McIntyre by dunking him on the table. The new champ is out as Punk kicks his head into the floor.

Then, Damian Priest's music hits - Senor Money in the Bank sprints into the ring to cash in on the downed champ, hitting a South of Heaven to steal the championship!

Incredible scenes.

Rollins is in tears

He was compromised after last night's bout with Roman Reigns and the Rock, and now Seth Rollins is walking up the ramp in agony and tears.

McIntyre is enjoying the moment and he should - he'll have plenty of challengers.

But first, he's stepped up to Punk at the table to warn him that he'll end his career. It's an awkward moment between them

McIntyre wins!

The announce table was a red herring - Rollins countered to hit a curb stop off the table, but when the action returned to the ring, the champ ate another TWO Claymores, with the final one finally ending the match.

McIntyre, for the third time, is a World Champion.

Rollins holds on...

McIntyre attempts to hit CM Punk's GTS finisher on Rollins, but the champ dodges, only to eat another Claymore. Somehow, he kicks out of another pin.

Now, the Scottish giant is clearing the announce table ahead of a destructive spot.

Another near-fall

Rollins counters a Claymore (another one) to hit another Pedigree and another Curb Stomp. McIntyre kicks out again as Rollins limps out.

"This is awesome" chant the crowd. Hard to disagree, this is one for the ages.

Utter chaos

McIntyre is distracted by CM Punk at the announce table, and misses the chance for a Future Shock allowing Rollins to hit a self-injuring Pedigree. McIntrye almost falls to Rollins after a Curb Stomp. This is popping off a bit.

Claymore in seconds!

Good lord.

McIntyre starts the match with a Calymore and gets 2.5 seconds of Rollins on the mat. The scene is set and Rollins is massively on the back foot.

Having a laugh

You get the idea that Rollins - despite injury - is mocking McIntyre with his entrance here.

World Heavyweight Championship: Seth Rollins (c) vs. Drew McIntyre

Here we go. Drew McIntrye strode in amongst a celtic guard of honour with ferocious swords and blazing bagpipes. Rollins own entrance was quite special as a Mummers Spring Band played in his theme, as the 'King Mummer' entered the stage in an incredible special outfit.

Stephanie McMahon is opening this up.

She's paid tribute to Triple H, and said it's the first Wrestlemania of his era before asking the baying crowd if they are ready.

Here comes Drew McIntyre

Wrestlemania XL Night Two is here!

CM Punk - on guest-announcing duties for Seth Rollins vs Drew McIntyre - has entered already. Could the World Heavyweight Championship match between them be up first?

Big Bloodline News!

An additional member of The Bloodline might be joining up with WWE according to PWInsider.

Jacob Fatu, a cousin of the Usos, has been telling people he has signed with the company.

If true, it could be an extremely bad omen for Cody Rhodes if another Bloodline enforcer turns up.

Ten minutes to go!

It's almost time to back up all the hype.

Ready for Night Two?

We're only half-way through Wrestlemania XL and there's a hell of a lot of gold on the line today?

Just how are Logan Paul and a battered Seth Rollins meant to hold onto their belts tonight? Paul is facing two iconic WWE superstars in Randy Orton and Kevin Owens, while Rollins had to endure the punishment of The Rock and Roman Reigns last night only to face Drew McIntyre tonight.

Poor Cody Rhodes will be a severe underdog against Roman Reigns in his own title fight as well, which is now held under 'Bloodline Rules'

We're an hour away from showtime. Stay tuned.

The Rock and Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

God, a barely functional Rhodes drags Reigns to the ring to deliver a duo of Cross Rhodes, but The Rock stops that with a belt slap. Rhodes eats another Reigns spear, and The Rock is tagged in to deliver a Rock Bottom to Rhodes and a People's Elbow. 1-2-3, and it's over for Rhodes and Reigns.

The Rock and Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

That has to be it. The Rock sets up The Rock Bottom on Rhodes through the table, but it's Rhodes who does it to The Great One. The table goes through and the pair are out. Reigns spears Rollins through the barricade directly after. Bodies all over.

The Rock and Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

The Rock sets up The People's Elbow perfectly with a spinebuster to Rhodes, but the challenger counters with a Cody Cutter, but he's disrupted from finishing the match by Reigns.

This is non-stop.

The Rock and Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

The Rock and Reigns are pushing it. They put Cody into an illegal version of the guillotine submission, and the ref was helpless - due to The Rock's influence. Rollins comes in to save the day before Rhodes submits, but it feels like a matter of time.

The Rock prowls around with Rhodes' weight belt - threatening Rhodes' mother - before Rhodes and Rock duel in the ring.

The Rock and Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

Reigns is holding on well. He succumbs to a top-rope Cody Cutter and Rollins tags into a splash - Reign kicks out. They are giving everything.

Reigns gets hit by two superkicks, a curb stomp and a Cross Rhodes and is pinned - but The Rock throws the ref out the ring.

A low blow to Cody follows, and he is speared to the ground - but kicks out of the pin. Incredible.

The Rock and Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

The Bloodline are really working on Rollins here - and Rhodes has to watch on as he is taken apart. Rollins is holding in well. The Rock puts Rollins' bad knee right into the sharpshooter, but Cody Rhodes breaks the rules to step in and break the submission. They are hanging in here, and Rollins tags in Rhodes after a curb stomp to The Rock.

The Rock confronts The Ref

The Rock and Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

The Rock has dropped a little bit of a beatdown to Rollins - he wants Rhodes now. Who tags in, the crowd is split 50/50 between them. Rhodes betters the rock and a rejuvenated Rollins helps him put Rock & Reigns down. It's stop/start

The Rock and Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

The Rock finally enters the ring to a huge pop. For the first time in 8 years, he's in a ring and faces up to Seth Rollins. Rollins is playing around with The Rock, and the legend doesn't like that at all.

We've got a new Intercontinental Champion and Gunther's 666 day reign is over.

Gunther is mocking Zayn now - and his ringside wife. He's hit another powerbomb and two splashes.

Intercontinental Championship: Gunther vs. Sami Zayn

He was playing possum - Zayn was down and out, but he's pulled off a Helluva Kick out of nowhere. Gunther kicks out, but the balance has changed.

They've really sold Zayn as the underdog here - and he looks terrified as Gunther enters the ring

Bianca Belair, Naomi and Jade Cargill vs. Damage CTRL

Belair spent time cleaning house here - but is forced to tag in Jade Cargill, who introduces herself by punishing Damage CTRL.

It's over quickly as well - Cargill puts Dakota Sky into the ground after playing around with her opponents. Asuka is handled by a vicious hair whip from Belair before Cargill sends a message. Incredible.

Bianca Belair, Naomi and Jade Cargill vs. Damage CTRL

More tag-team action here, and Naomi has started the match being dismantled by the Kabuki Warriors, but she's finally managed to tag in some help via Bianca Belair

Jimmy Uso vs Jey Uso

And justice is served. Jey puts his feelings in a box and spears Jimmy.

He then hits a perfect Uso splash to secure the pinfall. Perfect.

Jimmy Uso vs Jey Uso

R-Truth, the MVP of this match, has claimed the Raw Tag-Team belts. It's over.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship

Spot after spot, this. Latest one has JD McDonagh interfering to help Finn Balor to the top, only for the New Day to take them down. That followed Tyler Bate being slammed down from up high by Ciampa. Wow.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship - Smackdown Belts claimed

What a segment.

R-Truth runs the show - and reckons he needed to be tagged in and pin Damien Priest, which he does. He forgets he needs to get the titles down from the sky! Thankfully, the Miz corrects him, and they pair with DIY to split the titles. That good idea was ruined by Greyson Waller & Austin Theory, who tipped the double of duos from the ladders to claim the Smackdown Tag Team Championships. There's still two belts to play for

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship

Tyler Bate - spot machine - hits Finn Balor with two airplane spins and clouts Kofi Kingston. Wow.
