The dust has barely settled on the aftermath of the 2015 election and the tears of Milifans everywhere, and yet already a number of Labour candidates have thrown their hats into the ring to replace Ed Miliband.

Chuka Umunna, Yvette Cooper, Andy Burnham and Liz Kendall are all confirmed candidates and Tristram Hunt has also been touted as possible leadership material.

We decided to see how recognisable this next generation of Labour stars are with the public, and which MP attracts the most support.

Full disclosure: we did ask people in the Conservative safe seat of Kensington and Chelsea, so the survey may not have been the most scientific (sorry, Lord Ashcroft).
