Mark Ruffalo lost his backpack and Marvel fans were sure it contained the Avengers 4 script

If there is any way that we can commission a documentary crew to follow Mark Ruffalo around for a week please let us know, because his life seems to be a series of comedy capers.

Just weeks after 'accidentally' revealing the title to Avengers 4 on live TV, the 51-year-old actor managed to lose his backpack in a New York taxi cab.

This could happen to anyone, but it seems even funnier giving Ruffalo's propensity for losing things and letting information easily slip through his fingers.

Ruffalo, who plays the Hulk in the Marvel movies, tweeted a picture of the bag and a plea to his followers to find the bag, which like Kevin McAllister in 1992 was lost in New York.

With the internet being what it is, people mostly ignore what Ruffalo said and began to make jokes about the missing item.

Then a lot of people began to put two and two together and got infinity, as they all presumed that the bag potentially contained the script for Avengers 4 - which knowing Ruffalo's luck, it probably did.

Fortunately for Mark, a brief conversation with the New York Taxi and Limousine Commission seems to have resulted in the bag being found and a potential Earth-shattering event avoided.

Everyone was very happy about this news.

Still, that doesn't make up for the lack of Avengers 4 trailer, which we are STILL waiting for Marvel!
