Some people actually think Melania Trump wore a coat resembling a plane crash to a 9/11 memorial

First Lady Melania Trump is known for her, shall we say, unusual fashion choices.

Remember the time that she wore a coat with the phrase “I REALLY DON’T CARE, DO U?” printed on the back, to visit detained immigrant children who had been separated from their families by her husband’s administration? What a moment that was.

Now, the coat that the first lady wore in a photo her husband tweeted to commemorate the 9/11 anniversary has caused a Twitter controversy, when president Donald Trump tweeted this photo of himself and the first lady.

Some people said that they thought the stitching on the back of her jacket looked like a skyscraper with a plane crashing into it.

Yes, really…

According to USA Today, White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham even had to dismiss the claims, branding them “ridiculous.”

Time will tell whether there really is a secret message behind the jacket.

In 2018, following her last jacket-related controversy, Melania Trump’s press secretary at the time dismissed questions about the message. But later, she admitted the message on the jacket was directed at “the people and for the left-wing media who are criticising me.”
