Trump's attorney has a bizarre excuse as to why he won't be prosecuted following indictment

Donald Trump's attorney has spoken out after the former president was indicted yet again - and insists he won't be prosecuted.

John Lauro, an attorney representing former in the special counsel’s 2020 election interference case, says the whole thing was just a plot to 'censor free speech'.

“The 1st Amendment protects all speech”, argued during an appearance on CNN.

This is the third time that Trump has faced indictment, with the last being finalised just days ago.
