Grant Shapps gets Francis Bourgeois involved in TikTok

Grant Shapps has been getting involved with a new TikTok trend which sees people go up to strangers with headphones in, and ask: "What are you listening to?"

In the staged scene, when Shapps was asked what was playing in his ears, he joked that it was Francis Bourgeois' viral song about a class 455 train.

Bourgeois has gained over 2.5 million followers for his trainspotting content, and it seems as though the transport secretary is using him to try and appeal to a wider audience.
