House of Commons speaker accidentally refers to Keir Starmer as 'prime minister'

Eagle-eyed PMQs viewers managed to catch the moment that House of Commons speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle appeared to call Keir Starmer 'prime minister' during today's debate (10 January).

Hoyle was distracted by a back-bencher heckling during an important topic, however, when he moved back to the subject at hand, he appeared to get his words mixed up.

"Not surprised. Not like we actually have one at the moment", one person remarked.
