Nando's fans are having their minds blown by the way you actually get sauce out of the bottles in the restaurant.

Anyone who has eaten at the chicken chain understands the difficulty of whacking the bottle in the hope something will come out - but the secret is actually to massage the end.

"Not me shaking it till my arm falls off", one user commented on a video of the trick that's gone viral. "34 years old and realising this," another embarrassingly joked.
