EastEnders special end credits show how climate change could impact London

A special end credits were added to last night's episode of Eastenders to show what London could look like as a result of climate change.

The change to the iconic London shot is to mark the end of Frozen Planet II - and to remind viewers that global warming is a lot closer to home than we think.

In the clip, the river Thames appears to have flooded the land as a result of burst banks.
